Meditation is being completely aware of your actions...
Do not allow your thoughts to stray, while you are doing something. Have focus on your actions. One example is watching your breadth. Try to keep your focus on breathing without any thought in the mind. Slowly, you will be only aware of your breathing, allowing your mind to take rest! _________________ If you wish to have a better world, all you need is a better mindspace! |

Meditation on chakras (for kundalini awakening) is a strict discipline and should be done only under expert supervision.
Using mantras in meditation is always helpful. _________________ If you wish to have a better world, all you need is a better mindspace!

Being as a witness/observer of all mental activities. It can be done as seeing the games of mind (chain of thoughts) as consciously, being separated from the mind itself... _________________ If you wish to have a better world, all you need is a better mindspace! |
